Holden Pro Stock 4340 Forged I-Beam Connecting Rods with ARP 3/8" Cap Screw Bolts are available with pressed or bushed pins. The single rib cap design offers added strength and bearing support. The lightweight I-Beam design provides increased strength and quicker RPMs. These connecting rods have a special hollow doweled cap for accurate cap-to-rod beam alignment.
