How do I place an order?
When you find an item you want to purchase, select the quantity required and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains in there unless you remove it by clicking the “remove” button, even if you hit the “back” button on your web browser.
How do I delete an item from the Shopping Cart?
Simply click the “remove” button next to the product. The item is instantly removed from your shopping cart.
How do I change the quantity of an item?
There are two ways;
1. From the View Cart at the top of the page, toggle the up & down Qty arrows next to the product
2. From the Checkout page, enter the new Qty required next to the product and click the “Update Order” button.
How do I view the contents of my Shopping Cart?
To view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, hover over the white cart icon at the right top of the page.
Tips on searching for products
Already know your part numbers? Get what you want faster by entering the part number in the Search box in the top left hand side of the website.
Search for products using the Category filters on the left hand side of the website
Search for products by Brand from the top menu.
Where is my Order Confirmation?
An Order Confirmation is e-mailed to you shortly after payment is confirmed. Please check any e-mail spam folders as they can sometimes end up in there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards (with the Visa logo) and Direct Credit for all orders.
Please note payments made by Direct Credit (Bank Transfer) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
STA Parts MUST have received payment within 2-3 working days otherwise your order will be cancelled.
We do not accept International Credit Cards or Store/Finance Cards (I.e Q-Card, Finance Now etc).
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes. Our payment provider is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified using 128-bit SSL encryption for secure online transactions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders can be placed 24/7 via our web store and will be dispatched the next business day provided the item is in stock and payment received as cleared funds.
If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or sold out, we will attempt to contact you during business hours and ask if you would like a substitute item.
Please note: Payment by Bank Transfer (Direct Credit) can often take 2-3 working days to clear.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots?
Sorry, we do not ship orders to PO Box addresses or Courier Depots.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We will only ship to addresses within New Zealand.
Can I pick up my online order from your store?
For security purposes, all online orders must be shipped to an address within New Zealand
