Slip Collar Design | Requires MSD 6, MSD 7, or Similar Ignition Control

M&H Billet Magnetic Distributor for Chevrolet V8 engines is engineered for high-performance ignition accuracy and reliable spark delivery. Built from precision-machined billet housing, this distributor uses a magnetic pickup trigger for stable signal output across the RPM range.
Featuring a slip collar, the distributor allows fine adjustment of shaft height, making it suitable for engines with decked blocks, aftermarket intakes, or modified oil pump drives. This ensures proper gear engagement and trouble-free installation in a wide range of Chevy small-block and big-block combinations.
This distributor must be used with an external ignition control box, such as MSD 6-series, MSD 7-series, or equivalent, as it does not contain an internal module. This setup delivers stronger spark energy, improved throttle response, and more consistent ignition timing under load.

Billet aluminium housing — Strong, stable, and resistant to heat and vibration.
Magnetic pickup trigger — Provides clean, accurate timing signals at all RPM levels.
Slip collar adjustment — Allows precise distributor height setup for modified engines.
