Shipping and Delivery

Item(s) will be sent once full payment (including any additional freight costs) have been cleared.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday.
North Island orders can take 1-2 working days.
South Island orders can take 3-4 working days.

All orders are sent via courier and we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery of large and heavy items and dangerous goods may incur additional freight. You will be notified of any additional freight costs before shipping. Delivery times of these items may be longer.
Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions at checkout.
Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery and if damaged in transit please ensure the courier has recorded this and notify us immediately.
